MBG Rejecting Incoming calls 401 Unauthorized but outgoing calls working fine

Hello guys,

Recentyly we've configured a sip trunk gateway ip to ip through mbg, Outgoing calls working fine but incmong calls im getting 401 unauthorized, its like mbg is expecting an authentication but the sip trunk is ip to io no username paswoord, do you guys have any idea what it could be? Im seeing in the netwerk the incoming calls hits the mbg but getting unauthorized and the call drops.

DID on, absort incoming digit modification 0

is there a corresponding value in the did table? have you done a ccs trace?

is the trunk setup to route to the MIVB in the MBG ?
request * to MIVB

can do sip tail on on mivb and make a call in - check the digits that you are recieving

some trunks require the range to be assigned to them in the

SIP Peer Profile Assignment by Incoming DID form
