MAXIMUM DEVICES REACHED

I am having a problem with ARCServe2000 running on a Win2K server connected to a Compaq TL895 tape library. I'm getting failed jobs with the (E3711 EC=MAXIMIM DEVICES REACHED) error, I can't find any help on CA's support site, nor can I find this error on CA's site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not too sure about Arcserve2000 but have you run the changer installation again? -----------------------------------------------------

Let me know the exact error message. also try the Tape Library configuration as suggested above. Ensure it's supported and you have device patches applied if necassary. Make sure your not hanging the library off of a RAID controller and make sure NT drivers are NOT loaded for your device.

Thanks both of you guys for your responses. The problem ended up being a licience issue, I relicienced AS2K and problem went away. Thanks again.
