hello. anyone knows the maximum number of ARS form that can be created in ip office version 8.1? how about for the short code under ARS? this will be used for speed dialing. our client has 3000+ speed dial with their previous avaya CM pbx. thanks in advance guys.

It totally depends on the config size. IP Office does not work with fixed numbers of records, in the knowledge base there is a tool called "Config Calculator" were you can enter all config options and see if it exceeds the maximum allowed size.
