Hello,
We are thinking of changing our dial plan. Currenly we have 4 digit extensions, can we change to say a 5 or 6 digit extension. What would be the max allowed and where would I locate this information?

Thanks!!!!

FYI - to answer your finding it, it is generally mentioned anywhere there is DN programming discribed, such as LD 11 when talking about SCR, SCN, MCR etc, as you browse thru NTPs you should run into it. If you use roll-ups/Line 2, always a good idea to use at least 5 digits, non-DID, saves a lot of numbers.
