IN CPND administration I get the following error:
no CPND configuration record exists for this customer

I have recently reinstalled the software and have forgotten to do something but what?

Two bits need to be imported from the Switch.
Change the view & import the 2nd bit & Robert should be your Mother's Brother !!!!

Ahhhhh The Gossip-Mill is running at full speed then Yep ... July 1st !!!!!!

PS My current switch doesn't have MAT or anything !!!!! I'd forgotten the luxury of not having s/ware that falls over twice a week
