Master reset on 9600 series phones 1

Anyone know how to do a mater reset on the 9621 sets?

The 9621 is a new type of phone with a touch sceen CarGoSki

mroberts, you need to press the mute button and type craft.
Then go to the option clear and confirm.
After the reboot it is totally clear.

IP Office. Our 9621s were not coming up at all. And we have IPO500 vs2 Rl6.0.8.
We upgraded to 6.0.18 but then the phones were acting weird and not coming up.

After doing the * craft # clear, they came up ok.

They won't work.
It will reboot when you do not expect it.
The phones will maybe supported in 6.1
there is no ipo firmware on the phones and not yet available for 6.0

A 9608, 9611, 9621 and a 9641.
The 9608 will be a nice one.

See the 9608 as a phone between the 1616 and the 9620.
I like it very much.
It is cheaper then a 5610.

Well, the 9621G is NOT compatible with the IPO 500 vs2 Rls6 at all. We finally figured that one out. The 9621 plain perhaps but not the "G" one.

It is for the Larger Aura switches apparently.

NPI kindly gave me a 9608 to play with. Screen is much lower res than the other 96xx phones but it works. Having fixed dual colour buttons on each side makes it more like a 54xx/56xx phone, which is a good thing in my mind.

I just hope the retail price is more realistic than the current 96xx phones. We simply cannot sell them! People like them in the dem room until they are given a price!!!!

I think the 9611 is now put back to R7

the price is between 1616 and a 9620.
