Mass Outcall Question for Building Closure

Management is asking if there is any way to outcall to a number of people at once.

In this specific instance, they are concerned about facility closure. Would there be some way to send a message or vm, and have this message go out to employee's home numbers? Not all 300 people but certainly one or two dozen.

The best way that I am aware of to do something like this is through a pager service. I recently went through a demo from a local vendor and it was most impressive. You have a terminal (or several) that you can send messages out through pagers, email, cell phones of almost any brand and it sends text messages. With the terminal you set up the groups you want. It took all of 1 minute to send out the message to all 7 devices that were in front of me. Of course the pagers need to be alpha numeric. The service was surprisingly very inexpensive.

This is the most efficient way to do this.
