Masking IP Address Hosting FTP Site

I have w2k pro wondering how to mask the IP address, any suggestions, I'm running IIS 5 and the only way to access my FTP site is the IP Address

Use your HOSTS file in c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx my_domain.com

Add these entries after the default localhost setting in the HOSTS file.
