Maskedit box needed 1

how do i get a maskedit box

I have a VB6 working edition

select Project -> Components(Controls) -> "Microsoft Masked Edit Control 6.0"

the ocx file name is "MSMASK32.ocx"

if u can't find it write back an i'll mail the same to u , u can then register the ocx and start workinng on the same

hi

i add the maskedit control using browse from

project->components

it was in c:\windows\system

the control got added

but i got the following error

"Licence information for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate licence to use this functionality in the design environment"

please tell me what to do

hi,

u need to have all the below files -

msmask.srg
msmask32.dep
msmask32.oca
msmask32.ocx

then u'll need to register the control using Start -> Run ->

regsvr32 msmask32.ocx

this action will give u a confirmation msg saying that the DLL registered successfully...
