How can I set the mask to allow only a plus or minus where I have the 'A's in my mask example. Thanks.

A##.##/A##.##@###

So it can be like:
+10.25/-10.25@123
10.25/ 10.25@123
-10.25/ 10.25@123
-10.25/+10.25@123

 
You can't, at least not directly by setting the Mask property. Here is what you can do with the Mask property. If you want to do anything else, you'll have to start capturing keystrokes with the KeyPress event and evaluating them there. Which begs the question of why one should use the masked edit control to begin with...
