MAS 90 Database Migration

I have an NT Server hosting MAS 90 (database, I am assuming) with several 98 / 2000 clients running the MAS 90 "client" program. What I need to do is the following:
Move the "database" from the NT Server to one of the client PCs & remove it to an off-site location where it will be a stand-alone making changes to the MAS 90 database. Can this be done and how?
