Hi
I hope someone can help me. It not really a critical problem and does nt stop any user from working but it is strange and i would like to get it fixed if i could. I have several Windows XP machines running Microsoft Word (97), we are looking to rollout office 2003 soon but would liek this fixed in the meantime. When a user creates a document and puts tabs in the margin area at the top of the document, they appear white not black as they normally do. This has been happening for quite a while and have been unable to find a common link between the PCs other that they are all XP and Word 97. When the user clicks in the margin area to create a tab stop they get a white mark which hides part of the margin line, this is the only way a user can tell if they have margins setup. I have removed, reinstalled, repaired Office, i have reinstalled service patches. I have searched and searche dthe web but have been unable to find this problem anywhere.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks Anna
