Mapping Client LPT1 Printers

Anyone got any ideas how to narrow down a problem mapping to local client printers plugged into an LPT1 port.

We are using Win2k sp3 with Citrix XP FR3.
All clients are on win2k.

If i open a desktop citrix session and goto the ICA Client Printer Config screen the printers display a status of disconnected. Right clicking on them and selecting connect brings up the error 'unable to connect to client printer'

any advice most welcome!!!

Check your policies to make sure LPT and COM port mapping is allowed. Check out this thread, we are working on a similar issue...
