Win2k Pro in NT domain.
Issue: Mapped drives are being disconnected. When opening My Computer all the mapped drives appear as disconnected crossed with a red X. When attempting to open a mapped drive I get an error message saying the local name is already in use. When attempting to open again the drive opens successfuly. It happens repeatadly time after time, mappings appear disconnected but open with no error most of the time.
It's very annoying, anyone has a clue? I checked Microsoft support site but found no viable solution there.

type at the commandline:

net use /persistent:NO

Thanks, I tried the command line option. It seemed to have worked at first but now the error message changed to network path not found but red X's continue to appear.
