Mapi call failed

Hi
Im new to this forum, can anyone help me to resolve a problem I have with our exchange server. when I run the Exchange Administrator it works most times but after a number times it comes up with the following message:-

'The Mapi Call Failed. ID:80004005-0000-00000000'

Then I have to restart the server for it to work, although mail comes in and out most of the time it is annoying to keep re-starting. Anyone with any solutions?
