Many files in SAV SMTP gateway queues

Hi there,

At my SAV 3.1 SMTP gateway server's c:\program files\symantec\savsmtp\queues, there are a lot of *.env & *.mes files dated today & yesterday.

What should I do with these files? Should I remove it? Should I leave them alone?
