I want to show the following

Monday Tuesday Wednesday
Team Car Team Car Team Car
01 7261 01 7233 01 7248
02 7264 02 7334 02 7658
03 7111 03 6555 03 6767

I can't use a crosstab because there are no calculations to be performed. I want the week days to go across the page rather than down

Even if you don't need to do any calculations, you can still use CrossTabs. Just set the summary to maximum, minimum, or average. Assuming each cell contains a single value, it doesn't matter if you max, min, or average it -- it returns that value...

hth,
- Ido

Visual CUT & DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

That is a problem because some teams have more than one car per day.

So group by team+car

I'm not really sure what you mean. Could you explain it more in detail. Thanks

Who's you? What I meant was a formual field that would be {team} & "/" {car}}. You could group by it, since it all comes from a single 'row'.
