Manager Version 3

Just wondering what version of Manager everyone has for 4.0? I have 6.0.5 - Strange thing - I have it loaded on 2 different notebook PCs for techs - same CD used to load both units. Some of the fields in the Manager don't appear on one of the PCs when connected to the same IPO. For example, the checkbox for "Use External MOH" appears in the Manager for one but not for the other.

Any thoughts?

Don't laugh, this is true and a possible cause.

Running Manager of a PC with the screen settings set to anything other than 96dpi can cause fields on some forms to be pushed off the form without scollbars helping you scroll them back on screen. The victims tend to be fields at the bottom and right of forms - where does 'Use External MOH' normally appear?

[On the PC desktop, right-click, select Properties. Select Settigs and then the Advanced button. Check the DPI Setting.]

... the kind of idiot (I assume you mean from the ancient greek for a private person )who has to help solve problems with the Chinese version of Manager without being able to read Chinese. Turns out that with their very different non-western fonts a lot of Chinese PC's are set to other than 96dpi.

... meanwhile I'm on my third pint of very fine Abbot ale. ?How many of us read this forum while mildly anesthetised?

check your (mine isare probably on 96dpi but some people prefer bigger screens) setting as well: we came across the same thing but we didn't have time to bother GGN.
