Hi,

I have a manager who wants his PA to screen his calls. That's fine, I can use coverage paths and bride-appearances etc. to do this.

However, if the PA is at the photocopier for instance, the manager wants the calls to go to a wireless phone that the pa carries about with them so that they can answer the phone even if they are at the copier machine. The manager then wants the pa to transfer the call to the manager if necessary.

The PA could use an analogue wireless phone (DECT) or something like that, but is it possible to use an analogue phone like this to transfer the call back to the manager.

Any ideas on the best way of achieving this would be appreciated.

Thanks

Derek

As long as the analog phone has a hookswitch flash feature, (Commonly used to access calls using call waiting) there's no reason you can't transfer the call.

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)
