Has anyone come across this error when trying to open Manager? I ran a program on my laptop that I got from a forum on Microsofts website to remove some malware from Virus Burst. Ever since I ran this program I get the following error when I try to open Manager:

Manager.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Has anyone else had this happen? I've tried deinstalling and reloading 3.2.54, but it didn't help. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This procedure usually fixes that problem.
DO A BACK-UP OF THE REGISTRY(RECOMMENDED).
Then do this.

How to clear the Avaya Registry:

1. GO to Start
2. Go to Run
3. Type in regedit click OK
4. Click on Hkey_current_user
5. Click on Software
6. Click on Avaya
7. Click on Manager folder
8. Right click while Manager Folder is Highlighted
9. Click delete
10. Go to control Panel
11. Click on add or remove Programs
12. Find IP Office Admin Suite
13. Click Remove
14. IP Office wizard comes up , click on Repair
15. Click Next
16. It will reinstall Manager again and a new registry
17. Test Manager

I did only a Google search on "0xc0000135", so thank the other poor guys suffering from the same stupid error messages in Windows and then found and published the solution.
