Manager 9, 10, 11.Greyi ng Out issue

Has anyone else had the Manager grey out after several minutes of being idle and then locking up so that you have to open a brand new Manager?

This is happening on Managers 9, 10, 11. I do not have the Idle Timer set. Is there another setting?
