Manager 9.0.5 and 9.0.6 cant save config

Hi All
Wondering if anyone else has had the following problem.
We are using an ISDN dialup to remotely connect to IPO.
Manager see's the IPO and you can log on ok,(although it does take an age to load !!!)
If you do a change and then try to merge it you get a "Failed to login to IP Office" message.
However if you are onsite either using the customer LAN or plugged directly into the IPO LAN you can carry out merges, immediate reboot, timed reboots with no problems at all.
Any ideas ???

If you are using 9.1 manager or also have 9.1 loaded on your PC it causes all sorts of connection issues like this, it's proving to be a real PITA :)

 
The PC only has 9.0.6 manager loaded on it,9.1 has never been loaded on it.
 
What's the Cause-code after the error message?

I see you have two network connections on your computer.
Is one of them a dial-up?

I'm pretty sure this is a routing issue, like both sides have identical network setup - 192.168.1.0/24. That will confuse your computer.

(Logmein and Teamviewer are both showing connection problems as well)

Gunnaro has pointed out the most likely cause.

A rare cause that I have seen from time to time is a rogue device on the network taking the ip address of the control unit lan 1 port.
Same as a dhcp failure where the static ip address of the lan 1 port is not excluded from dhcp.
