I am in the middle of an upgrade, and there is no place on SUPPORT.AVAYA to get a 3.1 manager or bin files for the upgrade to 3.2. I have a 403 at 3.0, and can't find the next step.
You need the 3.1.999 to upgrade
If there really was a need for 3.1 then it would be there

Outstanding answers by one and all, and I have no doubt that is what I need.
The question is, Where do I get it, as it is not on the AVAYA support site and is not part of the 3.2.69 download package. There are 3 folders:
IP403V1_99 (for upgrading from 1.x)
IP403V2_99 (for upgrading from 2.0)
IP403V3_2 (the files for 3.2)
The IP403V2_99 leaves you at 3.0(580) and the IP403V3_2 takes you straight to 3.2.69. If you load the 3.2 manager, it can not connect to a unit that is at 3.0.
OR- is there another upgrade path that is not documented in the AVAYA Tech Bull?

7.1 Upgrade Installation Notes
Before any upgrade to 3.2 all systems must be at 3.1.65.The upgrade installation notes cover the procedures required when upgrading from IP Office 3.1.65 to IP Office 3.2. If you are upgrading from an earlier release of IP Office software please refer to IP Office Technical Bulletin 36.
Tech Bull #36 covers installs up to 3.0.
Is there other documentation I am missing?
Also, the manager for 3.2 can not connect to a unit that is running 3.0.
Let me ask this another way- what is the AVAYA recommended path for upgrading a 403 unit from 2.1.x to 3.2.69?
I also understand that if this were a 406v2 it would not be an issue. But we can't always talk our customers into spending what they should...
