Manage printers through AD

You have to enable "Advanced Features" under the view menu in ADUC.
It will allow the objects to become containers and you will see the printers installed on each machine. From there you can assign AD permissions to the object.
Don't forget, there will also be the permissions that are applied to the actual machine and the printer.
You cannot deploy printers inside AD.
