I have a supervisor with MCT control on her phone and the button will not stop flashing. Can someone please tell me how to stop this.

Thank you.

activator 1 presses mct-act (flashing) .
on controller set - mct-ctrl (rings once then flashing).
activator 2 presses mct-act (flashing) .
on controller set - mct-ctrl (rings once continues flashing).

controller has not pressed mct-control - mct-ctrl (continues flashing).

when controller presses mct-ctrl the first time activator 1 mct-act (steady led)
and controller set mct-ctrl (continues flashing).

pressing mct-ctrl repeatedly steps through display info for the traced call
activated by activator 1. It will continue to do this until the controller dials
the de-activate code.

Controller goes off-hook on call-appr and dials de-activate code and activator 1
mct-act (led goes dark).

when controller presses mct-ctrl now, activator 2 mct-act (steady led)
and controller set mct-ctrl (stops flashing and goes steady).

Controller goes off-hook on call-appr and dials de-activate code and activator 2
mct-act (led goes dark) and controller mct-ctrl (led goes dark).
