Malicious Call Trace Recorder 1

Trying to setup MCT recorder but need some help as to how to configure the mct trunk group.

I've created a co trunk & connected this directly to my voice recorder. Unfortunately the trunk group only stays up for approx 1 min before showing "disconnected"

Does anyone have any suggestions ??

I used Auxilary trunk card to use MCT recording.
My recorder records voice when on line is any signal (no silent).

Trunk type is CPE

Thanks Konri. What circuit pack are you using -is it TN763 ??
