Making Custom Controll Dll's 1

I am getting a pretty good idea on how to make my own custom controls. And I think I have figured out how to load the dll of the new control into the tool bar. However, I am having some trouble figuring out how to compile my new control to a dll in the first place. Can someone help with an example or reference?

Somtimes, the easy answer is the hardest to find.

Right click the Project and go into its Property pages
Set its output type to Class Library. Rebuild and you will have your dll, under the bin folder of your projects home folder.
