Is there any simple method for backuping access tables, so it would be possible to save the data on a floppy and copy it to other computers?

One way would be to create a macro for each table that runs a TransferText action to write the table's data to a text file. This won't work for tables that contain OLE objects, though, and I'm not sure what it will do with hyperlinks if you have any of those. Rick Sprague
