I have an Exchange 2k server with Outlook 2000 clients. I have 2 distibution
lists setup which are SALES and INFO.

If I send mail to sales@... or info@... mail arrives at all members inbox's.
Great!

But what I want is for when a DL member replies or sends a new email, their
reply address is shown as that of the DL to which they belong.

I'm sure this can be done but I cant see how. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply Dan but I don't quite follow you. Could you expand on this please?

Thanks again

Paul.

With Reply to All it replies to the sender as well as the DL hence we don't need to have the sender with a reply address of the DL. This is in the Outlook client. Dan

OK. I see what you are getting at now, cheers.

Only thing is, we want users to be able to just reply normally and have their reply address automatically be that of the DL. Our boss doesn't want these users to have a personal email address at all. (draconian i know)

can this be done??

Thanks,

Paul.
