Making a text file of a directory

In Dos, this command "C:\>Dir > xxx.txt" will create text file listing all the files in a particular directory, what is the equivalent of such command in WinXP?

Off hand I don't know of anything in XP. You can get a free download that will give you a right click option to do this however.

Thanks for the tip, linney. I've downloaded that prog. It works fine with WinXp, just exactly what I've needed.
