If i reformat my harddrive and reinstall windows 98, what steps do i do to get my computer connected back up to the mas90 on a windows nt server?
Are there places i should look/settings i should write down prior to the reformat.
Thanks for your help.

I need to reformat my harddrive sometime this spring.
My life will be much nicer if I do not have to ask my boss to pay for someone from our software reseller's office to come out and reinstall the mas90 connections on my computer when I do that.

If one of you reading this could give me a little direction on how I might accomplish this myself, I would certainly appreciate it.

On the server where MAS90 is located, there should be a sub-directory under the MAS90 directory called WKSETUP. In that directory, there should be a setup.exe program that you can run to re-setup MAS90 access on that workstation. You can find where MAS90 is located by doing the following:
In MAS90, click on F)ile, R)un, and type in *INFO and click the OK button.

Hope this helps!

I've found this file-if i run that from my workstation, it does stuff only on my workstation and NOT on the NT server?

Right Diogenes,

The workstation setup is only for your workstation. It does not make any changes to the server installed programs. The only other thing you may look at is the workstation configuration file. This is only important if you are using any of the old type of forms for printing (ie: not using graphical forms) your reseller may have setup printers unique to your workstation (not very likely).

Running the setup from WKSETUP should be enough to get you going.
