I have a membership database of several thousand. Individuals int his database are either emailed or mailed a newsletter twice a year. Because it is a retirement organization there are many married couples in it that end up receiving 2 copies which costs postage. The easiest way to identify them is by checking those with the same phone number. (The field is called phone). I have created a new checkbox in the form to tag one of the partners so they can be eliminated from bulk mail or label prints, but I would like to be able to create a query so that I can print out a report of all entries with duplicated phone numbers so I can identify them all.

You can create a query of all duplicate phone numbers with a query like:
Code:
SELECT Phone, Count(Phone) as NumOf
FROM tblNoNameGiven
GROUP BY Phone
HAVING Count(Phone) > 1;

If you want a report grouped on phone number (show all the people with the same phone number), there is a seperate section for Reports. To run a report like that, set the sorting and grouping property of the report to PhoneNo... and that is it.
