I am calling a crystal report version 4.5 from a child form (VB6). After the report is printed and closed, it appears that the contents stay "in memory?" until that particular child window is unloaded (which takes forever the first time after the report is generated). Is there anything I can do to speed up this process...or to get a better idea of what is going on? THANKS!

You presumably have a variable referencing the report object. You need to set it to Nothing to release the object :

Set objReport = Nothing
