Make a Bingo Table -- Array Problem. 1

I have a bingo card card 5 x 5 = 25 cells. The formula below works great. Can you please let me know how can I get 25 unique numbers. If I do it now I will get 2 or 3 repeat numbers.

=INDEX($A$2:$B$37,INT(RAND()*26),2)

3 5 2 23 4
3 17 22 0 18
16 1 8 24 0
24 14 19 5 24
23 10 4 8 6

Duplicate 3,4
