we have a problem with a customer who has 4 cabinets.
All stations in each cabinet are in service idle and all cabinets are registerd.A call between PN 1 and 3 is only possible if one of the two is an ip-station.If you try to connect between 2 digital phones the list trace station says "reorder station".Every card or cabinet can ping eachother. It seems like there is a problem with resources.
Digital calls within a pn is not a problem.
Someone else had this problem before????

Please check if the Medpros (bearer) in the port networks see each other. (igc) calls should also be seen in the list trace station between port networks.

regards

I am assuming your 4 PNs are in the same network region. If so, check your UDP ports range. You may have run out of this. increase the UDP range.

Thanks for responding but we have found where this problem came from.We had a 5 carrier MCC with 3 epn,s and had to convert it to a G650 ip-connect.We used the mosttool to covert the translations from the MCC to the new S8700.It had to do something with the translations because we reconfiguerd the servers to default and no problem sinds. The reason why we used the mosttool was because the customer had ordered a epn processorcabinet in the first place. But this cabinet is end of sale so we had to go to the G650 configuration. If anyone will atempt using the mosttool like we did with this strange config i recommend not to use it.

knoester,

afaik MOST tool can be use ONLY for g3r to s87xx multi-connect migrations. it doesn't support migrations to ip connect. no wonder you've got screwed translations...

Knoester, I am writing with regards to a post you submitted apil 06 you had a problem where a first line coinnected was disconnected when a second call came in denial event 1191 did you solve this, I have the same issue and cannot find the cause,
