Where is the setting for incoming calls to the attendent? I need to change the extention of the console.
 
Hardware platform? Definity/CM software version?
There are many many ways to route calls to the attendant.

The Main number is defined on the Listed-Directory-Number table.

If you want to change the extension number assiched to the Attendant, you would use 'change attendant x'.

Main numbers can be hunt-group extensions, vdn extensions, attendant extensions, listed-directory-numbers, dialplan "attd" to 0 or other number, tenant partitions, attendant vectoring, intercept treatment, coverage, etc.

I understand there are many way to send calls to the attendent but somewhere that information is entered so the system know where to send incoming call from the carrier like AT&T. AT&T send the calls down a pri trunk and the system then send the calls to the attendent or if they are dids then to the station. Having a problem of find that place in the system.

Well, phonedud...Unless "tier3" accesses your system, knows the DNIS digits AT&T is sending and then tells you how the calls are getting to your console...he has provided the tools to find what you need. The options he listed are pretty much where you are going to find how the calls are routed to your attendant..look you will find it.
