Mailserver for Apache? 2

Now I have my Apache severs running I would like to set up an intranet emial system. Any ideas about free mail server software that works well with Apache 2.0.43 & 1.3.14

A mail server has nothing to do with Apache so any mail server that runs on your platform will work.

Apache jakata has a mail server project. It is written in java. I believe it is called James. iSeriesCodePoet

Just to let you all know I have downloaded 3 mail servers from

http://www.download.com

I am now using ArGoSoft Mail Server in conjunction with Apache and all is well.

So thanks for the advice about the url
