Mailing Labels:How do I remove blank lines? 1

I am trying to produce address labels for customers. The labels are 2 across & 7 down. Using Crystal 9 and stacking the name & address fields, I have succeeded in getting labels, but some have blank lines, where there is a blank field. I have tried using separate details sections for each line and then using suppress blank section in section expert, which takes out the blank line but then moves the address up one field throwing the labels out of alignment, also using this method does not give you a layout tab under section expert, or format with multiple columns.Any ideas.

Sorry if this is a bit basic, I am new to this.

Have you tried the mail-label wizard which you are offered when you create a new report?
