I recently migrated to Exchange 2000 from 5.5. In 5.5 I had a nightly cleanup utility that worked great for keeping mailbox size in order. It would clean all mailboxes except for the few I designated.

I am trying to setup the same in Exch.2000. I am having a problem figuring this out. I have created the policy in System Manager but I need to make sure that it will not clean certain mailboxes.

How do I tell the job which mailboxes to clean or not to clean?

Look for mailbox manager in the helpfiles, it is all in there and pretty straightforward.

It all seems straight forward except for excluding specific mailboxes.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for the help.
