Mailbox Properties 1

I setup Exchange 2003. When I try to go to the mailbox properties, the properties option is not there. Does anyone have any idea of why that is?

Mail box properties from where? Active Directory Users and Computers or Exchange systems management?
If ADUC you need to use the one that is installed with Exchange System Management. The ADUC on the Domain Controller does not have the Exchange Tabs under the user properties.

When I open up the system manager in exchange 2003. I then go to the user's mailbox, there is no properties tab.

That is correct, there is not a properties tab on the mailboxes folder or the actual mailbox within the mailbox storage group. What action are you trying to accomplish?

I have been using Exchange 5.5 and I guess I was looking for something similar to that version. Thanks!
