Mailbox Move issues

Hello,

We have an Exchange 5.5 server at one of remote sites. We've since stood up a brand new Exchange 2003 server in a pure admin group for that location (not the same site as the 5.5 box). From the local DC, I selected a user who has a mailbox on the 5.5 server and choose "move mailbox" from Exchange Tasks, however, all I see are the current mailbox server and the target mailbox server and mailbox store are grayed out???

Anyone seen this before and if so, what's the catch?

You need to install Exchange 2003 SP1..this supports inter-site mailbox moves.

I have SP1 running on all my Exchange 2003 servers in the Org?

Weird, have you tried the Exmerge tool from MS?

but I'm logged into the DC with an account that has service account admin rights at the Exchange 5.5 Org level?
