I am running E3K sp2 what my question is does anyone know of a 3rd party tool that will have a more gradular options than Mailbox Manager for exchange.

I wnat the account to hit a percentage than a day or size limit.
I'm not sure how that would work - currently items in the folders you specify are in scope when they are as old as you specify. What kind of percentage would you use?
In any case, I don't know of any products that work in that sort of way (there may be some out there somewhere, but not that I'm aware of).
