Can anyone please help me on this issue??
Here is what happened, yesterday our Exchange 2000 server's HDD was full, all the mailbox db were off. Therefore I deleted some of the log (E0XXXX.log I know, I know, I shound't have done it.) files. Amount the files, I accidently deleted the E01.log file. That's where all the problems begin. I have searched many places on the Internet regarding the recreation of the E01.log or any other way to get the db to mount information store. However I was unable to do so. The db itself is in good condition, I have ran eseutil /p on it. After various try with no avail, me and my collegue finally have to decide to abandon the SG1 db and recreate all the user mailbox in another mail store. Since our users always download their e-mail to their local drive, we figure this is the fastest way at this point.
At this point there were already a lot of mails queued in the local delivery. After recreate these mailboxes, users seems to be unable to receive new mails from certain people. Only people who these newly created mailbox owners have sent new e-mails to, can then send them mails successfully. All other mails send before this re-creation were unsuccessful.

Can anyone please tell me what I can do to help the local delivery to redirect to the new mailbox??
Thanks,
Laic
