mailbox creation problem in SBS2003 1

Hi,

Customer is running SBS 2003 / 5 user cal.
Added 5 extra CAL's.
When creating (6th) user, the users' mailbox account is not created (user (login) account creation is ok). Previous user creating went without any problem.
Is this related to new CAL's or is there any other problem ?
Recreating same user results in same problem. No entries in event logs can be found.

IOW - their User properties are not "Mail Enabled?"

Does their name show in the Address List? The name should be added to the list, but someone needs to send a mail to the account before that actual physical mailbox is created.
 
Also try forcing an update on the Recipient Update Service. This is the service that puts the user details into the GAL.

Recip., RUS, right click entry and update.
Might just need a push.

The RUS Rebuild was successfull. The mailbox has been created. (Updating was not successful).
I will now configure this users' mailbox on his PC.
Thanks for your valuable tip.
It was not related to licensing.

But...still wondering what the reason may be...could this reoccur in future user/mailbox creation...
