Mail Quota Notification

It is all definable in the quota setup pr database: What threshold to start sending notifications.
So if you set the threshold of 100MB and then the notification at 95MB, then there will be sending a notification each time the user starts Notes when threshold is passed...
As a generic advice, users normally don't even read this notification, or they can bug the nerves out of one when this thing is popping up...
We've chosen not to use it, it is to much add'l hazzle with this thing from a practical perspective...
