MAIL LISTS TO SEPERATE

I all.... I've got a dbase that i use as mail list. Now I would like to be able to generate 2 seperate lists from this same dbase. I have a check box that I use to identify the names I would like. But how could I have just the names checked off used as an envople lable.

Use Word for the mail merge and set the options to pick up only those items selected
