Mail Enabled users

Hi

My mailbox enabled users are unable to send to the mail-enabled users or contacts. I keep receiving the error "a configuration error in the email system caused the message to bouce between two server or to be forwarded between two recipients" Why is this occuring.

What do I need to do to allow the mailbox users to send to mailenabled users.

i am running exchange 2003.
