Mail Dealyed Message going to Users...

Hey guys some people in my organization have been sending email out and receiving errors saying The email has been delayed but there is no need to resend. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this would be happening?
Here is an exact copy of the email they are getting...

We had this problem for the longest time a couple of domains like Earthlink.net and I think some Austin, Texas site.. anyway, the texas one kind of resolved itself, but i had to work with Earthlink for like a month to get it fixed. Aparently, Earthlink thought we were spammers or something and continued to deny our connections. After persistant yelling and aggresive explanations, they finally fixed it on their end!

Also, don't know if this is relavent to this, but i did add my external dns server (isp) to the properites of my SMTP virtual server in the Exchange Admin. under....Protocls, your SMTP server, Props, Delivery tab, Advanced, and then Configure. That seemded to solve a number of email issues, not just the delayed messages...

That's what I had to do to fix this similar problem. Add the external DNS server in Exchange 2003. Think it was in the Protocol SMTP section.
