Mail Attachment and save file

Is there anyway that I can attach a file from my local machine, not from the CFserver machine? Also, can I attach multiple files at once using CFmail (all my files locate at different drives (local, networkdrives)?
I am a brandnew CF ((-:

I really appreciate any help.
