Hi all,
I have a customer who wants more than 30 MADN's. Their situation is this:
--begin cut/paste--
This is a Futures Trading Company.
They have several DN’s that they want to appear on more than 30 phones. In the morning, one of the traders dials the floor in Chicago in the morning, then puts the call on hold. Any one of the traders can then pick up the open line and talk to the peeps on the other end, then puts the call back on-hold when they are done.
The call stays active until the end of the day when the last trader hangs up the call.
As you can see – ACD ain’t going to work.
--end cut/paste--
Anyone have any ideas? The only thing I could think of is throwing some 500 sets in there, and half-tapping them at the MDF or IDF, to get a few extras.... but still, I can't really think of a good way to accommodate them.
I appreciate all your thoughts!
